If you're not happy with the results you've received from Goodgut just send the product back within 30 days for a full refund.

RETURN POLICY:

At Greenteaspoon, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Greenteaspoon within 30 days of purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the item purchased (full amount does not include shipping). Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. Orders placed through third party vendors cannot be returned or exchanged (see third party vendor return policy).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Greenteaspoon, 145 Tasso Street, Palo Alto  CA 9430.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
